Very friendly staff, super clean rooms and very tasty food. I can only recommend it :)

Family-run traditional restaurant and hotel in Bonndorf. Eaten and drunk very well. Friendly, attentive and professional service. The senior boss sat down with our hiking group and talked about her life in and with gastronomy over a schnapps. Very comfortable everything. Gladly again.

So it tastes true .... ok. We ate schnitzel gratinated with ham and cheese, french fries and a small salad. The schnitzel was a breaded steak, was then baked on the plate from which I ate, which meant that the plate was sooo hot, but it was really juicy and not dry that you have to leave. The fries had also been fat poorer days behind them. But what is ok, true the salad. My girlfriend had tagliatelle with champions and tomatoes. The noodles were cooked too long. A grandma without teeth could have eaten too. The mushrooms keep like a sponge filled with water. As a result, they had poor taste. In the end we were just hungry and glad that we had something in our stomach.

Great food, very fast and extremely courteous service

Enjoy your meal. Friendly landlady and waitresses. Clean spacious room and bathroom. Always happy. The house is recommended.

What is really tasty is the salad plate. I would also give five stars for that. The inn is also cozy and the service is good too. Unfortunately there was only one vegetarian dish on the lunch menu besides the salad plate. Tagliatelle with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. It was a fat, relatively tasteless mass. The grill plate consisted of a dry piece of meat, a grilled wiener sausage and a grilled tomato. What a shame :-(

Unfriendly welcome, schnitzel was not well done. When we asked for a well-done schnitzel, the same properly eaten and chopped up schnitzel was brought to the table completely chewy. Only kitchen until 8:30 p.m. - an insolence.

Great 1 night stay. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Very friendly hospitality.

Forget food Unfortunately our meal was completely forgotten. We had ordered but the order was not placed in the kitchen, after 45 minutes it was noticed. Unfortunately, we did not receive an apology or, for example, a compensation coffee. It's a shame, I expect something like that with such a gross mistake. The food itself was good.

We stayed for two nights. We did not eat, as one day was rest day. Unfortunately, there was no W LAN reception in the back rooms. Since the owners were not in the house, that was very annoying. The mattresses are way too thin, could not sleep. It was also very loud, as the inn is right on a main road. The bathroom is unfortunately also very small, you can just turn around. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Nice...

Small family run hotel. Is also ideal for cyclists. A bicycle garage was available. The dinner was great and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Even though the hotel is right on the street, our rooms were quiet. But maybe we were just too tired from the bike tour. There is also a Japanese garden in the immediate vicinity, which you should definitely see.

If you're a light sleeper make sure you don't get a window at the Rathaus side, the bell rings each half hour. Other than that it's a really nice guest hause, lovely personnel, clean and nice rooms, good breakfast.

Stopped without a booking while passing through on a bike tour. They had a garage to safely lock away our bikes and put us in a great room which was more like a small suite. Separate bathroom and sofa bed for another guest in the corridor. Wifi available and decent tv with the usual channels (German only). Very clean and great shower in the bathroom with plenty of hot water. Bathroom had a window, which they don't always. Food was decent as was the service. Typical German menu which is a bit heavy for my taste, but that's what you expect in a place like this. For 2 people with water and three beers we paid under 40 euro. We would definitely recommend the place. Oh. One negative. Walls are indeed very thin. You can hear the next room very clearly, luckily our neighbours were quiet.

Stayed there for a week on a business trip. Nice old hotel. Dont know if it's cheap but decent. Be ready to hear whatever people in the next room do, the Walls are very thin.
